No, we do not offer the "No contact/Contactless stay" option.
We are an accommodation, not a rental. This means that we ensure the good maintenance of the facilities and outdoor spaces, as well as the care and well-being of the goats that graze around the house. However, we do not access the interior of the accommodations except in case of necessity (to resolve an incident) and always with the prior knowledge and consent of the guest.
Our priority is to ensure that our guests can disconnect from day to day and connect with the environment, its history and its natural beauty. We try to be as discreet as possible and not interfere with our visitors' stay, but we are always available to resolve any doubts, queries or requests.
It is important to note that, nowadays, privacy is often confused with attention. We are committed to offering close but respectful attention: we will serve you professionally, but at no time will we reveal information about your stay to third parties (except for mandatory registration with the police). We do not request photos, autographs or promote unnecessary conversations.
Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your experience with total peace of mind and freedom.
